Huizen aan de kust hebben vaak iets magisch. Ze zijn niet alleen gebouwd om weer en wind te weerstaan, maar stralen ook een gevoel van luxe uit. Soms lijken ze – als een groep pinguïns – dicht tegen elkaar aan te schuilen, en soms juist – heel demonstratief en trots – als een bastion alleen de wind te trotseren.

Coastal houses often have something magical about them. They’re not only built to withstand the elements, but they also radiate a sense of luxury. Sometimes they seem to huddle together like a group of penguins, and at other times — boldly and proudly — they stand alone, defying the wind like a bastion.
